Here is where I will post my art work and other pieces that interest me

About me;
My name is Matthew Broda. I am 24 years old and a student of the University of Manitoba. I am currently taking a break from school but I am going into medicine.
I have been drawing since I could remember. I usually drew for comic books that I made with my friends in high school. I've always loved cartoons and anything that had to do with art. Later on (18 to now) I started drawing ideas that people had for tattoos. I figure that if I ever made a living in art it would be as a tattooist.
Art to me is meditation and a hobby. I don't expect to bring home the bacon with my work. I can only hope that people can enjoy my artwork as much as I enjoyed creating the piece.
I do look at pictures sometimes if not most of the time to do my artwork. I do not intend to steal someone's idea. I think of it as a homage to that artist or to the picture in question.
Art and Music is the expression of the soul to me. Without either of them would prove that there is nothing to live for.
